The Heather Hills Clubhouse is a 4500 square foot building with a wooden deck winding around the west side of the building overlooking our private swimming pool. You do not need to live in the neighborhood to rent the clubhouse or join our pool. 

The building has a 20’ x 30’ foyer that opens into a 50’ x 50’ main room with a built-in raised stage. A 16” mirrored ball with spotlights enhances your affair. There is a 20’ x 30’ adjoining room with ceiling to floor windows overlooking our private swimming pool.  The 1700 sq. ft. deck  wraps around the building overlooking the swimming pool. There is also ample outdoor space included for the renter’s use.  Our separate kitchen has two stoves, a refrigerator/freezer, a commercial cooler & microwave. There is a roll up window for food service, if desired.  The rental price includes use of furniture on site.  Please note, the exact number of tables & chairs are approximate and not guaranteed:

  • 20 (8ft.) banquet tables
  • 2 (6ft.) rectangular tables
  • 9 (60") round tables
  • 150 chairs-furniture apporoximate
  • Additional furniture may be brought in for larger events

• Rentals can be hourly Sunday thru Thursday. (3hr.min)
• Friday and Saturday rentals are full day with few exceptions.
• We do not provide catering. You may bring in your own food or caterer. Only warming food is allowed on site.
• Bands or DJ’s are allowed.
• Renters are expected to set-up and breakdown furniture for their event unless this additional paid service is requested.
• Raised 12’ x 20 carpeted stage
• Seating capacity 185-200 (additional chairs brought in)

• Standing Buffet 200-250 people
• Outside Area 1700 sq.ft. deck, plus grounds
• Music permitted inside building only (Noise Ordinance at 11:00 PM)
• Parkinglot with 75 spaces plus adjacent field & street parking
